SBI Credit Card — Total amount paid and card closed. But still the due amount is shown as 174/-

The total loan amount is paid against my credit card no ([protected]) based on the guidance from SBI customer care executives on 29th July 2015. But I have received a SBI CC statement stating that still some due amount 171 to be paid to close the loan. Complaint registered as well to resolve the issue, but it is not solved yet. Complaint No : 1-[protected] Interaction Id:1-[protected] Totally un-happy with the service being provided by SBI Credit Card team. I have requested to provide the SBI CC - Loan closure letter, still I have not received the same. I have requested to remove the auto debit and provided the letter with signed copy, still it not done. Received a calls from these numbers from SBI CC team and the provided information & solution is not clear to take action towards to resolve the issue.
