[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — transaction on sbi credit card | |||
In spite of all out standing billing amount of my sbi credit card no [protected] a sum of rupees 2138.65 as on statement dated 16 dec 2018 and payment due on 05 jan 2019 has been completely paid. Out of which the payment of amazon bill amt rs 12, 475.65 has not been cleared still date although i have already paid. Moreover, it is seen that the double emi amount is also deducting in monthly statement with interest. I have tried many times to contact in the sbi credit card customer care no [protected], mentioned in the bill, however, no good response/attention given. Please instruct to sbi for consolidation and rectify the statement to avoid double payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
