[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — unethical behaviour | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am requesting you to please consider my complaint against SBI collection agent and I got a call from the following number [protected] - stating that i have not made my payment. I agree i am behind my credit card payment and I am paying minimum due and last payment of Rs. 1000 was made on 8.April. 2018 and 8000 on 9.April.2018. After making the minimum due they have given my details to collection and they are calling all my relatives and telling them I have asked them to make payment on my behalf. Inspection charges should be debited on outstanding amount hence excess amount be refunded.
