SBI Credit Card — Wrong billed amount | |||
I am holding SBI credit card and I have been a very good customer to them till now. I had registered a complaint with the customer care which has not been resolved till now. The customer complain number is[protected]. Let me explain you the exact issue for which I had registered the complain: I bought one mobile from Flipkart on 24th January 2015 worth Rs 9, 999 on EMI using above mentioned credit card. Later on due to some issue I had cancelled the purchase. But when I looked at my credit card statement I was charged Rs 9, 999 in full (Rs 9, 999 debited twice and credit once) and also EMI of Rs 3, 412 on 16th February 2015 and 16th March 2015 for the same transaction which actually did not happen. When I called customer care, they confirmed of the mistakes explained above and told by end of March 2015 money will be credited to my account. I again called beginning of April 2015 and I was assured that my account will be credited with above mis-charge by now. Till now I have not been given credit. Today I tried calling customer care multiple times of it says waiting time of 45 minutes due to some system up gradation. After this I had even sent email to Nodal and Head of customer care but no response was provide in 3-4 working days. I had sent an email to CEO desk and they told it has been resolved.
