SBI Demat — Converted offlinetrading account to online trading account on 12.3.2015

My offline demat account was converted to online with out any information to me .i was contacted the customer care regarding the subject they are not able to clarify the reason why my trading account was converted from offline services to online trading services there is no proper feed back from them.i was facing problem with your services .my holdings are blocked by them in my demat account.i was not submitted any application to conversation .my demat no.[protected]
