Today I raised a dispute by calling customer care about some fraudulent transaction deducting my account rs 3700/- Some guy called my number and managed to procure otp as somebody else picked my phone he told that he is from bank His mobile number is [protected] Transaction details are At pos00010021 at citrus- sub merchant Mumbai mh in txn #[protected] My card blocked Request number[protected] My name is ram Kumar thakur My mobile number is [protected] Kindly help
