[Resolved]  SBI — Fraud through fake cheque with fake signature

Hello Sir/Ma'am, My account number [protected]- jhonston ganj branch allahabad (Branch no. 01198) 50, 000 Rs/- was debited from my account by SBI on 2/August/2014. Branch manager told me that some anti social elements has withdrawn the money by fake cheque with fake signature. I gave written complaint to branch manager of Allahabad regarding fraud in my account with request to take action immediately, But so far no action has been taken by the branch manager yet. Please arrange to credit 50, 000 Rs/- with interest in my account immediately to avoid any legal case against the bank otherwise criminal case will be filed at Chief Judicial Magistrate for the arrest of Managing Director (CMD) - Branch Manager etc. All the cheques was in my safe custody & surrendered to the branch manager after the branch manager requested me to surrender the remaining cheques.
