[Resolved] SBI — [interaction id:1-[protected]] fraudulent transactions with sbi credit card no.[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, With reference to the above captioned matter, I would like to submit that I had immediately informed/intimated to my Home branch SBI Churchgate to block the Card within 10 minutes of the fraudulent transactions taken place. This is sufficient compliance on my part to prove that I have not done any such transactions. The Card was immediately blocked also. SBI Card should have taken action & stop delivery of goods/services & should not have honoured the merchant's bills and accordingly taken corrective measures which unfortunately seems that not taken. I was informed to me thru various SMS that the investigation is going on and that your queries have been resolved etc. Debits are also reversed immediately. This is sufficient for me to belive that appropriate corrective actions must have been taken and everything have been resolved. It is after 4 months that I am told that nothing is done in this regard which is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. If they could not do what they were supposed to and could do at that time, it is not my mistake and I strongly disown this liability.
