From, Date:27.06.14 Tan Heeper, 11/31, Kuppa Daver Street, Sulur, Coimbatore To, SBI Life General Insurance Subject - DELAYING OF INSURANCE CLAIM Dear sir, On 5th march 2014 an accident happened while i driving my car after and then me and my family was admitted in the Muthu Nero Hospital(Nagercoil). with major injuries till 14.03.2014, finishing rto and police formalities i took this car to tirunelveli ARAS Marudi Service Center. For insurance formalities on 5th April 2014. On 7th April a sbi surveyor saw the car and told me that it's total loss we must sell the car and it will take 2 to3 weeks but till today they have done nothing from this day onwards i am asking everyday about the claim they (Surveyor and ASLAAM .SBI CHENNAI) are telling tomorrow, tomorrow and my parking charge in ARAS per day is Rs 200/-day till today it's more than 16000/- so please take immediate action and solve the problem.
