SBI Life Insurance — extra primium deducted against my policy no-[protected]

my customer no[protected] policy no: [protected] sir/madam above policy commencement date was 31 march 2014 . already paid against my due premium(due date 31/03/2015) on dated 30/03/2015 through sbi internet banking vide transaction reference no: BSBI[protected], order no: 2487433, amount paid- 24643.00 . but again above premium was decducted through EFT from my account on dated: 31/03/2015. still i had been not receive my extra payment .kindly refund our amount as soon as possible. where your CIF is not responding in this regard. policy holder GANESH BAHADUR SINGH
