SBI — my refund is not received | |||
My name is himanshu PAINULY I had ordered Boult of RS.899 Boult headphones in Amazon on 30/09/2019 and after (3/10/19 ) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (10/10/2019 on which refund initiated) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 135612 and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
