SBI Oriental Bank Of Commerce Card — amount debited, but transaction not successful

Address:East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya

On 15th march a transaction of Rs 2199 was made on sbi credit card no xx7680 of pranjal dutta, at Bhajanlal garments at shillong. The amount got debited from my account but the transaction ws not succesful at there end, swiping machine. And the amount is not credited back to my account.
