I only wanted the first page of my pass book printed again so i can submit the same at another place for transfer of funds 7 days ago. The officials sitting at the desk asked me to come after 5 days since there were holidays like mahaveer jayanthi, election, good friday, unofficial sat leave and sunday. I visited the branch yesterday and they said the print server is not working and cannot help. I went today and again they said the problem has not been solved and asked me to go to another branch and take the print. The official at the other branch refused to print and sent me back to home branch.
All it takes is to enter my a/c number and print . This shows the callous attitude of the bank and their employees cheap and sick mentality, which is absolutely not fit for being employed in the service sector. Isn't there any service quality standards in these banks . I guess they dont care because they get their salaries on time and do not have the pink slip system which is essential now in these banks to improve performance standards.
