SBI — reversal of wrongly deducted amount, 11 reminders sent no resolution | |||
Reminder 11 Dear sir, I am having ac no [protected] at gurgaon ssi branch at gurgaon. As per pass book statement on 1st mar 18 twice 94.40 has been wrongly deducted from my account. The application already submitted to branch (Copy attached). 5 times i have personally visited the branch spending my valuable time energy and petrol expenses. Till date the reversal of amount is not done. Branch manager say it will be done by deputy manager and deputy manager say it will be done by branch manager. Both are not available simultaneously in the branch due to some reason or other. Customer is being footballed for none of my fault. Kindly ensure the reversal of wrongly deducted rs. 94.40 twice. Is there any responsible person in bank who can acknowledge and resolve the issue? I have sent 11 reminders to the banking staff at following mailid with no resolution:- Gm.
