SBI Rewardz — money deducted fraudulently

I got a message telling that my rewards points will expire if i don't redeem them. So i opted for redemption, and, on their website, they asked about my debit card details. I filled the details thinking that it is just a formality. Shockingly, they deducted money from my sbi account in the name of points redemption. This happened on 25th october. I logged a complaint with these people, and they told it will be resolved in 7 working days. My complaint number is 245211. Now almost a month over, they have not refunded my money even after i contacted their call center multiple times. Pathetic service to say the least and the people there are obnoxiously irresponsible. One more thing, these people are not sbi employees. Sbi has outsourced the rewards related work to these inefficient crooks. Never trust them.
