Thanks for due consideration for crediting the amount of rs 33957.83 against the vague transaction happened due to lapses in secured transactions by your system. This is not the actual due against as there is various other charges still reflecting in monthly statement in head of taxes and other fee which is rs 11752.44 and same need to be credited.

Herewith i am making the payment of rs 80559.46 (Round rs 80560.00) today itself as per monthly statement for the actual purchase.

Request you to review and ensure corrected monthly statement without lingering it further.
