SBI — transfer of cif not done though account transferred long ago

I have transferred My A/C from SBI Kalyani Branch to SBI Prafulla kanan Branch 3 years ago but my CIF has not been transferred yet. As a result of which I am not able to properly operate my account and moreover I am unable to re-issue any ATM card which is already expired 2 years back. I have sent request to Kalyani Branch [Code 1082]via e-mail. Please look into my request and do the needful at the earliest so that I can continue my relationship with SBI without any issue.
