[Resolved] SBI — When issued SBI credit card, I was told no fee for 1 year, but charging from day 1 | |||
Hi, I received SBI credit card and I was told its free credit card and no administrative fee for 1 year. But I got the message from day1 and asked me to pay the penalty too. But I still have not activated my credit card. I taught of returning my credit card and called customer care, but no one is picking phone. its looks like they are keep dragging the matter and increasing the fee. How should I hand over my credit card? What is the procedure for that? If they asked fee, how should I avoid or file the complaint against to the bank? Please kindly clarify.
