I have purchase a mobile during apr 2019 through emi on credit card. The total amount has been debited from my account on 11 may 2019 but emi at the rate of 1500/- per month from apr 2019 has also again debited from my account till date which is incorrect. I have also approach by telephonically but suitable/positive response has not been recd by the team member. You are requested to resolve my problem at the earliest
