SBIcap Securities — Fake account created on behalf of me by sticking unknown person photo signing oover it, & filling wrong personal information

I'm Dinakaran.M having savings a/c in STATE BANK OF INDIA KOTTURPURAM. A marketing person from SBICAP SECURITIES created a fake account created on behalf of me.He sticked unknown person photo & signed behalf of me.
