Hi,

I am using tata card which is ending with #2019 from past 5 years. I have billing cycle of 10th billing date and payment date will be 30th of every month. I used to get the salary first working day of the every month, so will be paying 1st or 2nd of every month. After gst implemented i was attracted for late payment fee, so for the same i was asked to changed billing date same has done on 13th of every month and payment date will be 2nd or 3rd of subsequent month. After it has done in the web login i am not able to see any transactions and not getting any statements, for the same i already raised the complaints.

For the single issue these many have to raise and when ever i said i didn't pay the outstanding until unless the issue get resolve.

After i had a couple of discussions and after 2 months i got answer the billing date 13th which they were updated was not supported by the tool, so if i want to continue i should have to revert to previous date, for the same i may attracted to charge late payment every month. Same i dont want and we had some conversation.

After that they are agreed that they can not resolve the issue. After i have serious conversation i said i can not continue with out transparency so go for the cancellation. They said ok, i dont know what that mean will they were trying to resolve the issue or they will be closing the issue. I didn't get any notification regarding my closing of account.

Today 04/12/2017 i got call from sbi i came to know the card was blocked, and i have some points to redeem. The only reason using this card each point has 1 rupee with the croma stores, so i have many choices to redeem instead of online with the rest of.

The card was completely blocked so i am unable to redeem the points and they were saying they can offer some vochures, here my concern why should i listen to them accept the vochure. I got the points for my money which i spent.

Points to sbi:
I have not made billing date changed from my side, it has to done when i called to customer care, your people should know..?
Why should i accept the your options like vocures..?
Why i am not notified about the cancellation of my card..?
I got silly answer like toll will be accepting the billing not with the account or card number, how its possible..?
If you can adjust my redeem point as each one one rupee and let me know the remaining bill i am ready to pay..?

My SBI credit card has been swapped without my permission with amount 29997/- by changing my registered mobile number.
My all confidential information has been hacked.
Fraud mobile number ([protected]) has been identified.
