[Resolved]  Scholarship — College didn't inform about the process

Sir, I am Tejas Kale. I did my PGDM from Deccan's Institute of Management Development and research. College didn't guide me for the process of OBC scholarship, i kept asking again and again And as I was the only eligible candidate from my college, I dint get to know about the procedures from any other source also in the college. At the time of admission, they only took fees deducting the scholarship amount. Afterwards they didn't put any notice or didn't guided me for the further process or what should be done. I thought that the documents submitted to the college will be sufficient enough for the scholarship. Didn't know that we have to apply online also. PGDM-1st year and 2nd year dates of applying online went and I missed both the dates. And before my final exams of second year, college notified me that you have to submit the remaining fees and i[censored] will not do so then u will not allowed to seat for the exams. Management also said that date will be surely extended as it happens every year. You will just have to submit the fees now and as soon as date extends for online application you will get your fees back. And they also said that if you will submit your fees we will help you for the scholarship which never happened. At that time I just paid the remaining amount of 2nd Year and gave exams. Now I have backlogs and have exams on December. Now college called me and said that you have to submit remaining amount of your first year otherwise you won't be able to seat for the exams and when I asked them "you were going to help me to get my scholarship", they clearly said it can't happen and denied to take any responsibility. At least if they would have notified me that you have not filled your online form then I would have been able to apply for 2nd year's scholarship. But college never notified anything till all last dates of filling form got over. Didn't college had any responsibility and now they are asking me for fees and harassing me. I want my scholarship Please help.
