School Of Open Learning — Admission fee transaction

Dear Sir I made 2 payment of 4040 for B A 1st year admission on 8th of November. The amount of 4040 debited from my account 2 times but the side of SOL DU got blank and no fee recipe given to me till now.
I want my amount back in my account so that I pay again for my admission.
