PROBLEM - HANGING UP,HEAT UP,VIBRATE ON CALLING,SCREEN BLACK CALLING TIME
im owing a blackberry 9320...it created a huge problem for me buying this blackberry set...after that i had submitted it with the blackberry service centre to get it REPAIRED or REPLACED..coz my bb set suffered from d same problem twice....while submitting my set wid the service centre,i had asked for the standby set for 15days....so that its comfortable for me for the 15days for which my fone ws away....i had submitted it on[protected] n till now i hvnt received any standby set to use.....
Why are the services so poor ???????
Is this because i didnt made a call from a senior or manager of the blackberry company?????????? n if one service centre cannot handle the problems of the customers....WHY dont the company open another service centre in the city......
after requesting the service centre people for soo many times i had to submit this complaint at ur support site.....
i hope some support is given to me............
