My name is Amit Malhotra and my son Aaryan Malhotra was studying in Sr. K.G with Nirma Vidyavihar. Due to some personal reasons I wanted to change the school. However, the forms for the school in which I wished to get the admission of my son were available from April. So I paid the half yearly fees of Rs. 30,200/- for the Class I in Nirma Vidyavihar. At this juncture I would like to emphasize that my son Aaryan never attended the school i.e Nirma Vidyavihar for Class I. Thereafter when I approached the school i.e Nirma Vidyavihar for refund of the fees it would told that the fees is non refundable and thus the fees was not refunded back to me.
It is beyond me to think and even imagine that in the first instance the school is charging the fees in advance for six months for the next academic year and secondly that the service / education / tuition for which the fees has been charged has not been provided even for a single day in this case, even then the school is denying the refund of the fees which is injustice caused to parents who shell out such a huge amount of money for education of their wards.
I would request you to take up this case and make arrangement so that the appropriate amount of fees is refunded back to me.
