Scrollstreet.com — non receipt of product

I placed an order with them for a multipurpose cleaner. After the payment was done through credit card their website crashed and could not get order confirmation. But, got confirmation from payumoney, that the transaction was successful. I made a complaint and got a complaint number. After that have been reminding them but they are totally silent on the matter. I even wrote to them, that i would lodge a complaint and would also give very bad reviews about them in the social media, but even for this they are silent. The website does not have any contact telephone numbers, and only a form is provided for making a complaint.
