Sir/Madam As in previous months I tried to pay on line monthly (Sept 2015) subscription for Tamil Basic pack Rs. 48/= But the bill desk on line accepted payment for Rs 168 which I paid yesterday[protected] thinking that the additional amount will be credited to my account for future monthly charges of Rs.48/= per month. But the balance is showing the old balance of Rs. 13/= only up to now. Please look into the matter and arrange for increase my account a/c ]balance by Rs. 120/= after deducting Rs 48/= for September 2015 subscription My new account balance must be Rs.133/= Looking forward for your prompt action Regards R.Venkatesan
