Sdmc — Parking charges in dlf place mall saket.

I visited DLF PLACE Saket on DT 06th Feb 2016 in my car DL10CT1998 with my family at 1330pm. I parked my car in B2 level and they charged Rs 60 for 03 hours.
I would like to solve this case weather they can charge parking fees or not. As SDMC announced recently that malls in south Delhi can't charge parking fees.
Please investigate and punish the culprit.

This is photo of water in the park for most of the day and evening. Localised pool of water which causes mosquitoes breeding. In spite of so many complaints nothing is being done about this . This park is located in Vasant Vihar between streets E9/ E10. Request for immediate action.

I parked my car at dt mall's parking at 9:31 pm and took my car out at 1:04 AM after watching movie parking guy asked me for 90₹ and it was written there 50₹ for first 3 hours then 10₹ for frequent hours when I asked for receipt guy started screaming on me "iski parchi nhi hoti pehli baar aaye ho kya chalo aage badho"
