My self naresh killari,
I booked ticket on 5th august, 2018 (Pnr[protected] to belgaum from chennai through seabird travels which is unsuccessful.
I paid the money using pay u money as a payment option, money deducted from my account but ticket not booked.
The same i informed to your seabird travels, they have told me that it will get credited to my account within 7 working days. (Please count the days).
I am calling to the number[protected], every time they are telling some story to me and i had given sufficient time to respond. But it is not acceptable. I think your staff are untrained and uneducated.
Today morning i called to this number [protected] and whatapp by details to this number on 21st, aug, 2018.
He is telling that i[censored]rgent please come and collect from our office or wait for 10 to 15 days.
I am frustrated by following you from the day i booked the ticket.
I hope that the issue will be solved by tomorrow or else i will approach and file a case in consumer court.
