Dear Seabird Tourists,
Last night I traveled on a Seabird bus from Goa to Bangalore PNR 6085584 & bus number KA-01 AJ-2461. It was on of my worst travel experiences by bus. The bus left frok Panjim at 8:15, but stopped for dinner at around 12 am, and the washrooms there were in a bad condition and stinking terribly. After that, we were woken up early morning at around 6 saying that there's a change of bus, for which no prior intimation or reason was given. In the new bus, we had to use used blankets, the seat covers were torn and had cockroaches. The bus was supposed to reach Bangalore at around 10:30 was it late by more than 2 hrs. In addition to all this, all the passengers were asked to get off at a stop (Anand Rao circle) which was not our default destination but 3-4 stops before our destinatios. Due to this terrible experience, I will for aure never travel with Seabird again and advice the same to others. If anyone at Seabird does really care about their passengers, kindly address the above issues with utmost importance, if not soon y'all are going to lose all your passenger & someone who has the time and patience may even file a complaint with the consumer court against Seabird, which will be a point of serious concern for you. You can start by sending a written apology to all the passengers of the aforementioned bus.
And sadly, going by the past customer reviews and the current state of your treatment towards your passenger, I can barely hope for any change of betterment.
