Seabird Tourists — The worst service provider | |||
Hi, all, I booked ticket for Bangalore from Pune on 24 Apr and the initial time they have given is 8:30 PM Puck-up at wakad bridge. But just 1 day before journy they changed the timing from 8:30 PM to 11:30PM. I asked for reason and they said that the actual bus was breakdown and they are going to arrange a new bus. I asked for refund and they said that the refund of fare will not be provided as the travel is going to be on the same day. After i got into the bus, we travelled for almost 1 hour and just came to Pune city outskirts. Now once again the bus breakdown happened. The driver said that the problem was with clutch and they started repairing it. They took almost 6 hours to repair and till morning 6 we were in Pune only. After all scoldings they arranged another bus . We though that at least they will arrange good bus now. But after travelling almost 8 hours, this bus also has breakdown and all the passengers are at atmost anger. Our actual plan of reaching Bangalore was at 2:00 PM, but we reached at next day 3:30AM. This is the most horrible journy that i have done so far. I spent complete 22 hours either in bus/On road. I informed almost all my friednds about this travels and created awareness among them, and as a responsible person i shoulld let all other netizens also to get awareness about this Travels. Yes, I agree, they are operating without proper backup service. They change bus timing frequently.
