This company is making fraud.
First they called up & saying on behalf of hdfc bank & as a good customer, we are offering you a product which entitled you for stay in 4star ` 5 star property.
You will book online hotel & will able to see the list.
I received the product on 16-nov & on the voucher url is given to book online, however the user name / password are fake.
While selling they were saying if there is any miscommunication, we will refund there will be no question asked, now they are saying we will support in booking & we have tie up with good companies.
When i asked for the list of hotels, that also they are saying you have to submit form that too 45 days before & after that they will able to confirm.
Simply they are complete fraud company & minting money on behalf of hdfc & other big names.
For a surprise hdfc have no clue about this & they have no tie up with them.
