Rajiv Gandhi International Airport — penalised for coming early

Dear sir,
I want to describe to you my experience of travelling in Hyderabad.Firstly when I booked a taxi I clearly mentioned I had two bags for checkin so send me a car with a big boot space & imagine my surprise when they send me a indic a which could hold only one bag & we struggled to fit the other one in the front seat.To add to my woes I get a driver who is new to Hyderabad & I had to be his navigator all the way up to the airport.Well my relief of finally reaching the airport does not end here,I walk towards the departure terminal & hand over my eticket & passport for verification to the security personal & she looks at the eticket & comment Tiger Airways yeah kaun sa airline hai hum ne nahin sunaa.Well I politely explained to her that it was a Singapore airline but she needed confirmation & along comes her supervisor who said yeah nayaa airline hai abhi abhi shurooo hua.Okay I thought finally I can get off my feet now & relax but noo They say that my flight is at 140 am & checkin is only at 1040 so I am early & I have to wait outside.This real was a bolt from the blue I never ever imagined you get penalised to arrive early at the airport.No airport in the world you have to go through this.We just walk in at any time & checkin when the counter opens.Well after a lot of pleading I got in ,but I was soo annoyed I wanted this brought to the managers notice but I was told this was a security protocol that passéngers were allowed only half hour before checkin.Well if this is a protocol then have a waiting room outside for the convenience of passengers who have to travel over an hour through maniacal traffic to reach the airport ,plus have security personals who are aware of the different flights .Let not the passenger be the one educating them & explaining to them about the authenticity of an airline.Kindly bring this to the notice of the management of the RGI.Thanks.
