[Resolved]  Sehgal Automobiles — Silencer Screech, Mudghat & side stand Damage by company's employee.

Dear All, I would like to inform you that my bike got damage in SEHGAL AUTOMOBILES. I have given my bike for first service in SEHGAL AUTOMOBILES ON 01/07/14. They damage my bike same day. Mudghat & side stand damage & Silencer Screech. I spoke with Works manager ( Mr. Sandeep) about this matter & he told me the he will not do anything in this case. Then I spoke in Hero office same day with Mr. Divakar & Mr. Brijesh[protected],[protected]. they said, they have not seen the accident of my bike in sehgal showroom. At last Mr. Brijesh said, works manager will take insurance claim for this damage. But it is totally wrong with me. Company's employee damage my bike. So why should I agree with this decision. It is not right. Because Insurance claim is the customer's right. I am not agree with insurance claim. I thing they shoud take warranty or some other things. Please look into the matter.
