Self — Cancellation of SBI credit card

Hi Team, In November one person in big bazaar forcefully issued this credit card no.[protected] & Application No.[protected] and made false commitments that its free but after receiving card I got to know that I have to pay 560/- and I lost this card sumwhere even I did not use this card ever & receiving statements on my mail ID Now I wants to cancel this card on immediate basis I did call on customer care no body is picking up the phone and m not going to pay a single rupee.
