I had booked a car for april 14, 2017 for a day trip.
I booked a ciaz but was given a maruti dsire which was not even in their portfolio of rented cars. The car was in discgusting condition with the following:
1. The basic document "rc" was missing when given the car to me.
2. The rear both tyres were punctured
3. The pollution certificate had expired.
4. The rear licence plate was sticked to the car via double tape. It fell off while driving. I screwed the number plate.
5. There was no fire extinguisher in the car, which is a norm in every commercial vehicle.
The documents were not in order, car was not in proper condition andthe govt. Norms were not followed of the commercial vehicle.
The whole purpose of booking the car was wasted as i was busy investing my time and money in the hired car.
The car was not handed over to me on time and instead of being apologetic about it they had the audacity to say that "time chalta hai".
I would like to get a full refund of the booking amount and the money invested in the car as described on the back of the agreement.
I was promised by the managing director of the company that the money shall be refunded and till date no money has been given.
You may please arrange to refund the complete amount i. E. Booking amount i. E. 2399/- and 570/-. Was this information helpful? |
