Self Employed — Reliance DOES NOT honour Do Not Disturb notices

My number is [protected].Reliance Telecom constantly (every day) sends me unsolicited SPAM messages inspite of my subscribing to "Do not Disturb" registry, " multiple times. It is disappointing and disgusting. The Telecom Regulatory authorities (TRAI) have failed to provide any relief to subscribers like me.
