High wall split Ac model2HW24TB booked for rectifying poor cooling effect vide ticket no B[protected] attended by MREngineering, dealer of BLUE STAR Ac on 4th May and 5th May 2015 but could not rectify the problem.where as could able to damage by attending the Ac and ultimately has brought a loss to me in this summer.service representative attended the Ac unit with improper tool and failed to dismantle the condenser unit for repair as suggested by M R Engineering. Due to non availability of required tools with the representative at the time of dismantling, the representatives poor handling of dismantling approach has to a great loss of costly condenser unit besides additional damage to the system circuitry.The service representative did not carry even bare minimum service tools such as very common star screw driver of specific size and ultimately screw got blunt. On further try to dismantle the condenser unit the approach of crude method has led to a beyond repair of condenser unit. Though I am in a fix still now how an Ac manufacturer like BLUE STAR markets Ac unit with such a weak design which can sustain a condenser unit for a little bit of 2plus yrs.This is not at all desire able from such a firm of international repute as well as select a service provider who can rise up to the expectation of Indian customer
