Self — refund | |||
Booking ref. Number NF[protected], PHONE NUMBER [protected] My flight had got cancelled by spice jet on 14 Dec 14. The airline had returned 5800 rupees almost immediately to make my trip. However, the same amount has not been refunded to me. despite of repeated attempts the customer care Service spokesperson tell me that the case has been taken up with concerned department and the said amount will be refunded to my sbi account within four days. To my surprise only INR 4 was transferred to my account on 07 Jan 15 and the refund status is now showing refund completed. My sincere request is that the amount may be refunded and on priority. Also justification may be given as to why there has been a delay and error in transferring the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
