I have ordered an order on 11th Feb 2016, which was supposed to be delivered on 13th Feb 2016. I have been calling everyday to get the order status, however only false commitments. Poor response from the supervisor and managers. I have pinged online customer care so many times and they never respond. MY PLANNING FOR MY VALENTINE HAS BEEN SPOILED BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS. I have lost my money, time and my plan for valentine's day. I'm so much irritated about this company.
