Feb 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you very much Consumer Complaint. in Team.I had placed Order vide ID:145068879 placed on Feb 21, 2016 to Send My Gift for Paws of Love Personalosed Mug .Complaint Posted at Consumer Complaint. in site on Feb 21, 2016. About the posted complaint has been notified to SendMyGift.com customer support on 22d February 2016 by Consumer Complaint. in Team . They are not delved my Item. In place of my Item they offer me two Complimentary E-Vouchers worth Rs.500/- each which I can avail on their site anytime in the next 3 months. Whether I had not raised any compassion or refund claim in my complaint, my resolution was I want my them only. Whereas my product cost was only for Rs.99/-but they had issued token of apology for Rs.1000/- But Why? For test I used Coupon no 1 but sorry to say that when I had gone for use 2nd coupon, the access dined. Today I have cancelled my order below mentioned, which had been given to him with used Complimentary E-Vouchers Coupon no 1.
