I ordered a gift almost a month back (2nd Feb 2016 )to be delivered on Feb 14. It's not been delivered even 10 days after the promised delivery date. I paid the money through online and confirmed with the customer service about its delivery. They assured me that it will be delivered on Feb 14 by 5 PM. But it didn't get delivered and whenever I am trying to call the customer service, nobody is picking the call. I tried over phone almost 30 times. I tried to contact them through email, still no response. In their site there is no option to cancel the order. I want to cancel this order . At least show the decency to refund the money for undelivered gift.
