Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I ordered a Sony MDR XB450 earphone from sendmygift.com on 16th of march 2016, they finally delivered the item on 04th april 2016 after I wrote a complaint in this forum regarding delay in delivery of the same product, and the product that I received was a fake chinese product.

I am listing down the differences so that you will be able to know it easily b looking at the pictures attached(both of original and duplicate). Please go through it.

1. The box packaging is completely different(its a cheap packaging of the product that has been sent, and it doesnot have a sony warranty card) while the original one has it.

2. The wires of the headphone in original sony mdr xb450 ap/xb 450 is same as of the body colour but in this case it is black.

3. There is no provision for handsfree phone calls as mentioned on the box cover whereas the original sony mdr xb450ap has provision for hands free call in the wires.

4. In the original headphone the complete body colour of the speaker is yellow except the leather and plastic handle in which it is fixed, whereas the fake headphone sent to me has only the outer portion of the speaker part as orangeous yellow(not original yellow as of the original product), please refer the pictures for the same, or you can refer the sony website.

5. The sound quality of the product sent to me is worst. It doesnot produce good bass effect, and doesnot give a sony feel.

6. This product doesnot have a manufacturing date or product id ar any such Sticker as is found on the original product.
7. The product doesnot even have a tag of sony in it.

I wrote a mail to the concerned department of send my gift([protected]@sendmygift.com) on 4th april 2016, regarding this issue mentioning the differences along with the pictures of original as well as the fake product sent to me, in return they sent a mail on 05/04/16 apologizing for the same, I even got a call from their customer service on 06/04/16 saying that they will replace it, but it has been 5 days since that call there is no update regarding this issue, even on asking their customer service dept they are behaving as if they don't know about this, and keep saying that they will escalate this issue to their senior dept and I will get a call from the senior dept, but the call never came, even after repeated followups they say the same thing that I will get a call.
I even mailed to them regarding the update but they didn't reply me.

I want your help in this regard as I don't trust these thugs, they are simply wasting my time and money, please provide me with a solution.

I want these guys to refund my money as I am damn sure that these people doesn't have the aukaat to provide good service to their customer.
The send my gift people are thugs. They simply know to play with people's money and emotions.

I am attaching the pictures of related documents(mails exchanged) and the pictures of the fake sony product as well as pictures of the original sony product. please go through it and provide me justice.
