I had placed an order for flowers and cake to be delivered before 7AM on Dec 11 in Bangalore. You can see below at least one email I sent (sent multiple emails), and made multiple calls categorically asking them, and as per their advice- booking the early AM slot for an extra cost. Clearly informed them that the relevant people will not be available after 9am. They guaranteed that my booking for the earlier, expensive slot would ensure that it is delivered before 7AM. When it wasnt delivered till 8, I called and was told its in transit! When it still wasnt delivered till 9am, I sent in writing and multiple calls, saying no point delivering as relevant people had left, and wouldnt be there. I asked for a refund as the booked service was not delivered on time. They said they wont give a refund? So they dont provide the service and keep the money as well? And then, I get a response hours later saying it is delivered at 1.30pm??? They took advantage of the domestic help in the house who did not understand and accepted the delivery-This, after I had called repeatedly and said no point in delivering any more. What are they-thieves? Or need charity? This is absolutely ridiculous! They refuse to give a refund!!
