My order no. is[protected]. They delivered defective gift. I had ordered a cushion but got just the cover that too a defective one. With that I was supposed to get a teddy of worth rs149 but they gave a teddy worth rs49. I had paid the full amount online. I even went to the store, they asked me to register a complaint online for which there was no response at all. Nobody picks up their customer care number. The support chat people don't understand the issue and leave the chat immediately. I even have their chat transcript. I have not even received a callback from these people. I am attaching the images for reference. Need to take severe action such company . Such company should not be operational which are fraud.

Updated by Shruti Taral I don't think that customer care number of Sendmygift works. I have tried calling them like 100 times but nobody picks it up. I think I have spent more money by calling customer care number since customer care service charges even when it does not get connected to any of the representatives. Also when I have lodged a complaint it means I have tried all the possibilities to resolve my problem but was left with no other option than to register a complaint at this portal and this also means it is the responsibility of the Sendmygift people to contact me not the other way round which is a basic knowledge known to everyone.
