I ordered a cake and flowers on 18th oct and it was supposed to be delivered by 9pm on 19th oct. At 9pm on 19th these people called me to tell that they can deliver only the cake n nt the flowers. I cancelled the order immediately and asked for refund. Today its been 4days and nt a single email from these.. Every time i have to call and waste my money to tlk to them. Specially an names nisha doesn't have any information abt her company policy and have been wasting my time since 20th. Worse customer support on phone and chat as well. Seeing other ppl complain feels these are not gonna give my money back. I urge ppl not to place order with these cheaters.
