I have booked a gift from send my gift on 09-12-15 as the gift was cake for birthday occasion.at the time of delivery one person asked for another flavour of cake at 8:20 pm approx other than i booked that flavour so i had cancelled the order.but send my gift company delayed on cancellation of order and now they are delaying in refund of money.when i call the customer care every time other person say u will shortly receive a mail and in 3-10 working days u will get the refund.i really depressed about it .kindy do the need for me and take the action against the company.
