one of the worst online retailers ever seen its very true they cheat customers no doubt about that. i ordered a gift mug order id[protected] its been 24 days still item is not delivered and the most pathetic part is they dont refund or even have option of refund.and the customer service does not reply at all they do only on the chat option which is worst they are trained to mislead and cheat customers. i'm tired of their antics they are not giving me refund either. twice i got a call telling my order will be delivered by next day with priority which still has never happened. in my whole online experience they are one of the worst. they must change their logo to playing with emotions. these sites teach us a lesson it always better to stick to online giants rather than new who intends to cheat. i will never recommend anyone to order gifts because they need a year to deliver the same.

This is experience I had yest and I wrote back to them and they as usual they havent responded.

have provided me. You phones are so queued up and plus ur chat agents
are like ghost who doesnt respond. You might site technical problems
but if you ant solve a technical glitch then how can i trust you with
my order.
My order no is[protected] and i was assured that it will be delivered
by 9pm on 13th feb 2016. Even after booking an order I never received
a single text msg from ur pathetic co abt the order. is this how you
operate your company or are you a fraud co who provide false
commitment to your customer.
I'm not able to track my order online as it says order no unavailable
which is shocking.
Let me know what are you going to do about this and I will be taking
this matter to the consumer court.
