I placed 2 orders on Dec 30th to gift on New Year Eve but still (Jan 28) today product has not been delivered and also I've contacted them for than 20 times and they all give fake promises about delivering the product. I'm fed up off contacting them again and again and explaining the issue again and again. They r not ready to provide refund as well.
