Order #[protected] Still not delivered been 4 days delivery date committed was 31st December. Talked to several reps and supervisors still no resolution. After reading their reviews I am worried about the money I have Spent. Please if someone can help resolving this

#[protected] No update on order. No response on Customer care number as its always busy. No reply on chat box. Tracking details cannot be found on site.
I don't understand why the company is not yet closed as not a single person has received the order. Is it a fraud site, they just make you pay and dont take the order at all. Does anyone know how to raise a FIR against the company ?
I Think it is a fraud site..I want to register a FIR on that company..they are playing with the emotions of people..
